Step 2: Exercise more. Yet if you visit any bookstore you’ll find shelves of books on the topic, all promising that they cracked the “how-to” problem.
Why we don’t self-manage is because, often, when we set goals, we don’t take into consideration the circumstances that are going to stop us from using what we know to do.
