Personal Goals Accountability Course - NEW Cohort
This 6-week course utilizes the principles of self-management and behavioral systems design with the sole purpose of assisting you in setting goals and developing an action plan to hold you accountable in meeting those goals. This course is designed for individuals who are motivated to create a plan to meet their goals and would like accountability and peer support to meet and follow through with the plan. Specific prompts and strategies will be discussed however the individual must create their own plan. We want to encourage you to show up for yourself and for those around you.
Why?
This course seeks to provide you with an accountability session and partner plus the expectation that you show up to report on your progress. We will utilize the basic premises of the principles of behavior as well as general support strategies.
When?

Session 1) TBD Sundays 10a
Session 2) TBD Mondays 7p
Session 3) TBD Tuesdays 9a
How?
This program will consist of 2 weeks of emails with specific pre-meeting assignments and activities. We will meet live once a week for 4 consecutive weeks to review the task completion, discuss/share successes and barriers. As a group, we will celebrate and brainstorm how to remove barriers.
