Here's a snapshot of the services we have available to clinicians, individuals and agencies.
Fieldwork Supervision
Supervision for individuals pursuing their fieldwork experience to sit for their Behavior Analyst Certification Board exam. An interview with candidates is required prior to contract execution. Candidates must be enrolled in a qualified Masters or certificate program. Interview and consent/sign-off from employer is required.

Mentorship
Opportunities are available for 1:1 mentorship with a qualified BCBA.
This is recommended to new clinicians as they navigate the transition from behavior technician to supervisor or student to practitioner. Mentorship is also recommended as individuals enter new phases of their professional or personal life (i.e entering leadership or parenthood).
Our program will focus on developing sustainable systems to ensure quality practice and compassionate self-care.
Agency / Consultant Services
We are open to providing coverage for your agency for short-term contracts, family leave or start-up services.
This option is available for independent agencies looking for clinical consultation or clinical service quality audits. This is also an avenue to seek assistance in clinically interviewing quality candidates. The Busy BCBA is available for program development to assist you and your agency in starting your practice on a strong trajectory.
