• SESSION 3 — Review descriptive information and feedback, then choose one evidence-informed adjustment.

IMPORTANT CLINICAL BOUNDARY

The three-session sequence is an adaptable planning spine—not a prescribed treatment dose, curriculum sequence, or promise of outcome. Extend, pause, change, or discontinue it based on individualized clinical judgment, learner communication and assent, caregiver feasibility, safety, and feedback.

USE AND PRIVACY

Review and individualize every component before use. Do not send identifiable client information to The Busy BCBA. Store completed forms only in the clinician’s authorized system.

LICENSE

One purchasing clinician may print or securely share individualized working copies with families they directly serve. Do not redistribute the unmodified resources, post them publicly, resell them, or share them across an organization. Organization use requires separate team-use terms.
